Miller Family, what a wonderful 𝑳𝒊𝒇𝒆 well lived!  May you celebrate all he accomplished during his time on earth.  Though our paths have not crossed, you mentioned my grandfather, Elmer Layden, in his obituary - in addition to my great uncle, Mike Layden.  Clearly, the Layden brothers knew a class act when they met him!  I hope they all reunite in heaven - and celebrate what their successes in life.  God Bless Robert Lowell Miller!

Dear Miller Family,

I am a federal law clerk in Madison who grew up in Wisconsin and had never heard of your father until I read about his passing today in our Circuit daily newsletter.  I am moved by his life story, energy, curiosity, work ethic, and above all, compassion.  What a wonderful role model for you....and for all of us.  Thank you for sharing so much about him in the obituary.  I have a feeling there was probably lots more to tell.

Sincerely,
Kelly O'Driscoll

Judge Miller, was a Veteran's Veteran! He cared so much for his fellow Vets, and did so much to support them. I am especially proud to have worked with Bob Miller in establishing Miller's Vets, and working on constructing the Robert L. Miller Sr. Veterans Center.
Fair winds and following seas, Commander, we have the watch.
