Joseph Louis Molnar

October 22, 1925 – February 4, 2011


Joseph Louis Molnar, 85 of South Bend passed away Friday morning in his home. He was born in South Bend to the late Louis and Ethel (Kurtis) Molnar. Also preceding him in death are a brother Louis Molnar. On October 29, 1949 in South Bend he married the former Louise F. Wozniak who survives they were married for 61 years also surviving is a daughter Mary Molnar and companion Graham MacDonald-Smith of San Francisco, Ca, sons Joseph A. (Mary) of South Bend, David M. (Chris) and Daniel Molnar of San Francisco, CA. and Christopher (Cindy) of Lakeville, IN. Eight grandchildren Stephen, Michael, Alexandra Molnar and companion A.J. Remble, Regina Emberton (Brad), Nicholas Molnar (Tracy), Victoria Molnar and companion Joseph Ruiz, Chad Molnar, Chris Molnar (Andra) Eight great grandchildren Quentyn Molnar, Aaliyah Ruiz, Jacob, Reid, Elliott Emberton, Torie Plummer, Kaitlyn, and Austyn Klick. Three sisters Marg Heineman (George) of Connersville, IN, Ethel Adamo of South Bend, and Anne Gorbitz (George) of South Bend. Mr. Molnar was an over the road truck driver for Myles Labs in Elkhart, and also The Hoosier tire Co. The family will have private gathering to celebrate Joseph’s life.

In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Indiana Food Bank. The Welsheimer Family Funeral Home assisted the family with the arrangements

So sorry for your loss. Please accept our sincere condolences at this very sad time in your life. Growing up across the street from the family market we got to know the entire Molnar family. Many warm wishes to the family and peace to all.
