Dolores M. McCray

December 29, 1938 – January 31, 2019

South Bend, Indiana - Dolores Marie (Engle) McCray, 80 years old, passed away peacefully in her home on Thursday, January 31, 2019. Dolores was born on December 29, 1938 to Gordon L. and Helen V. (Welowicz) Engle in Niles, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, John and one of her sisters, Eileen and her life partner Elizabeth Maike.

She married Edward Rajski and together they had two daughters and two sons, they later divorced. She is survived by her children Denise Rajski, James Rajski (wife Dore), Paul Rajski, and Annette (Rajski) Norkus (husband Paul); her sisters Katherine and Yvonne; and 7 grandchildren, Rachel, Samuel, Isabella, Addison, Bergen, Alexander and Brandon.

Dolores was employed at RACO Incorporated for 30 years. During that time she developed many long and enduring friendships. She was a very loving and caring person, always willing to open her home to family and friends. She was well known for her great cooking and gardening.

Family and friends whose lives Dolores touched are welcomed for a visitation Saturday, February 9th, from 12:00 p.m. to 2 p.m. with a Memorial Service at 2:00 p.m. at Welsheimer Family Funeral Home, 17033 Cleveland Road, South Bend, Indiana.
