Marjorie M. Renner, 91, of South Bend, died Wednesday, July 22nd, in Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Renner was born May 20, 1924, in Frankfort, IN, to the late Jeanne (Post) and John Albert Einink, and had lived in South Bend since 1992. On May 8, 1944, as Marjorie M. Einink, she married William J. Renner, who preceded her in death in 1995. She was also preceded by a son, Dale R. Renner, in 1991; and sisters, Ruth Kennedy, Gertrude Yingling, and Dorothy Berg. She is survived by a daughter, Lori Renner of South Bend; a son, William J. Renner, Jr. (Dorothy) of Portage, IN; three grandchildren, Jason (Jazmine), Steven, and Matthew Renner; and two brothers, Paul Einink (Verna) of Camden, TN and Gerry Einink (Shirley) of Chicago. Mrs. Renner moved from Chicago to Indiana in 1945 and lived in Cedar Lake, IN most of her life before moving to South Bend in 1992 to be near her daughter, Lori. She was a member of Northwest United Methodist Church. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 29th, in Northwest United Methodist Church, 21855 Brick Rd., South Bend. Cremation will take place with burial to follow beside her husband at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, IN. Memorial contributions may be made to the church.
