This morning, when I finished the Sunday paper I was shocked and deeply saddened when I saw Tom's picture & name in the obituaries. I first got to know him in the third grade at Madison when we moved back home from Indianapolis. We were classmates & friends at Madison & Central H.S.

I have some pictures of him at Madison even a couple in the boys locker room where we used to flip our towels at each other.

He was a good man , a good friend and a gentle spirit. I will miss him greatly.
