We will miss her greatly. In addition to all of her other accomplishments, she was a wicked pinochle player. Our games just won't be the same.

I am sorry to hear of the death of your dear Mom. I remember visiting her once when I was studying at the University of Notre Dame. I did notify my brother, Joe Blaski, who used to be in contact with Kathy when she worked for the State Department. Another one of my siblings that you may know is Father Henry Blaski, who died in 1999. Anyway, know that my prayers are with all of you and I pray to her for you. May she rest in peace.

I am deeply sorry for your loss. My dad, Dick Niedbalski, was a friend of Bob and Dorothy years ago and I remember as a little girl being at their home. They were both very nice people, warm and friendly. The thing I remember most is that I loved the smell of Bob's pipe tobacco and I remember being in his smoking area smelling the pipe in its stand...Dorothy apparently was a very interesting woman and I am sure she will be greatly missed.

My mother was a very special person, and we will all miss her so much. In trying to put together the information for Mother's obituary, we inadvertently left out Mother's grandson, Brian Wallace, who predeceased her, and Brian's daughters, Hannah and Allison Wallace. Mother loved her great granddaughters, and I apologize for the omission. There were a couple of other factual errors in the obituary - Mother's brother in California is Charles George, Jr., not senior, and Mother was born in Chicago, rather than Chicago Heights.

Wendy and I both extend our deepest condolences to the family of cousin Dorothy. She always went the extra mile to stay in touch via email. We will miss those emails but take great relieve in knowing that she passed peacefully and that she is now in a much better place with our Lord and Saviou.
