Steve and I worked together at Whirlpool for 10 years and he was always cheerful and great to work with. He was very innovative and capable and related very well with all his fellow associates. We talked on several occasions about life and relationships with others and I appreciated his candid approach. Always remember Steve's love for life and adventure, cause that is what he would desire. I send my sincere condolences and prayers to his family and friends.
In Christ,
Jim Spicer

Steve was a friend and whirlpool coworker, We shared many smiles and laughs over the years. Steve injoyed life to the fullest, He loved to scuba dive, ride his Harley when he wasen't doing his latest new and cool add on to it, and he enjoyed talking about pulling the vet out for a drive. But his greatest Loves he talked about was his girls, his old dog and Karen, who I believe god sent to him. You will be missed my friend but I can only imagine the smile on your face right now as I'm sure you are driving that Harley over heavens highway, Gods Speed.

So sorry to hear of Steve's passing. We were in Ohio and could not
attend the service. I had a brief opportunity to work with Steve at
Whirlpool, shortly before he had to go on disability. I still learned a
lot from him, including how to be a "rock" while facing life cancer.

He wanted to do all he could for his daughters and Karen.

Steve is one of the reasons I am climbing Mt. Denali for Cancer and
formed a Relay for Life Team.

God Bless
