Pauline, our family is deeply indebted to you and Bob for all the love and care you provided to us when we were in South Bend area. Our children have fond memories of times with you two. And of course, your child care services freed up a poor, young couple to have some quality time alone. Bob was a generous and kind friend to our family. He will be missed. You are in our prayers.

My dear Pauline:

Sad to hear Bob passed away! I will always be grateful to both of you for the love and support you gave to my sister Joyce and I while we were at Bethel. Take comfort in our continued love and prayers. Bob''s humor has me reflecting on a hymn that he always referred to be upholding him..... It is only fitting that I say...."How Great Thou Art..."! Am sure you remember our family moments! He will be missed.

Love Ruth

Hello Pauline:

Just learned about Bob''s passing while browsing on the internet! Recall all the wonderful times we spent at your home on Devonshire Dr while attending Bethel college (1978-81). We have fond memories of Bob''s humor and the wonderful hospitality you both shared with us. Greatly appreciate you both for hosting my sister Ruth during her time at Bethel. May God be your strength and comfort.

Steve
